THREE NIGHT MINIMUM
Rates Include:
- Deluxe private room.
- Three meals daily served Buffet Style.
- Morning ride after breakfast each day, evening ride after supper each night; all day rides available. A wrangler accompanies all rides.
- Use of all ranch facilities; common room, hot tub, volleyball, lawn croquet, horseshoes, game room, etc.
- All rides are subject to weather conditions.
ALL RATES ARE PER PERSON/DOUBLE OCCUPANCY.
LOCAL TAX AND GRATUITY ARE NOT INCLUDED IN RATES. NO REDUCTION FOR RIDES NOT TAKEN OR MEALS MISSED. MEALS INCLUDED IN RATES ARE THE MEALS SERVED AT THE RANCH.

Deposit Reservations: There is an 8% tax added to the final bill and the rate does not include a gratuity, 15% to 20% is recommended. At the time of the reservation a $200.00 per person deposit in US funds is required on 6 night packages, $100.00 per person on three night packages,.$50.00 for nightly rates. All reservations will be considered firm only when entire deposit is received.
Adult Only Weeks: Offered throughout the season; call for exact dates.
Payment Type: We accept personal check, traveler’s check, or cash. No Credit Cards.
Cancellations: If the need arises for you to cancel, and after a WRITTEN cancellation is received, we will return the deposit minus a service charge of 25%. Cancellations occurring less than 30 days before reservation arrival date are non-refundable.
Gratuities:: All gratuities to the staff are shared equally by all staff members. Recommended gratuity is 15% to 20%.
(There will be a 15% Service Charge on all parties of 10 or more.)
Airport Pickup: We can no longer offer airport pickup due to insurance cost.
Pet Policy: The ranch has pets who love our guests. Special, prior arrangements may be made for your own pet; please inquire.
Riding Requirements:
- All guests are required by our insurance carrier to view our instructional videotape and sign a release prior to riding.
- Stampede strings are required on all hats worn while riding.
- Weight limit for riding is 275 pounds.
- Children must be at least seven years old, able to reach the saddle stirrups and control the horse. Under certain circumstances or specific rides, and based on the decision of the Head Wrangler, younger children may be able to ride.
- All activities are weather permitting.

Bring Your Own Horse: If you have your own horse and want to bring it, you can do it here. (No stallions please.) We have 20X20 corrals for your horse that opens into a fenced pasture. From there it is a short walk to the tack-up area and the trails. The rate includes your room, breakfast and supper; it also includes the corral and pasture area for your horse. Call for details. Please note that we do not have RV hook-ups.
Liquor: The Diamond L does not operate with a liquor license. However, you may bring your own liquor. We have a small refrigerator for guests to use.
Smoking: Limited to outdoors and the enclosed mudroom in the lodge. NO SMOKING allowed in guest rooms, common rooms, corrals, barn, on rides, or anywhere near the horses.
