At the Diamond L Guest Ranch, our horses are as important to us as our guests. And like our guests, our horses have distinct personalities and characteristics that make them special!

When you arrive for your vacation, you'll be teamed up with one of our beautiful fellows (horses are chosen based on riding experience). Gary knows the horses best, and will ensure a great ride for all.

Our horses, raised in the mountains, are responsive and well-trained. We match riders and horses no matter what the skill level: from the beginner to old pro. There is a perfect horse for each guest which can become "yours" for the week. We give riding instructions and provide an instructional video so that when you leave the corrals you are comfortable with your horse and ready to ride. Each week we have a supper ride, a picnic ride to Cook Lake and an optional all-day ride with a sack lunch. We also can arrange special rides upon request. The goal at the Diamond L Ranch is for you to have the kind of riding experience you want, always keeping in mind your safety and the safety of the horse.
