We are thrilled when guests return to the Diamond L Ranch. They tell us they come back for all sorts of reasons - the food, the scenery, the horses, the rides, the new friends... and to us, this makes our returning guests all the more special because they are our new friends, too.
We felt it was important to show our appreciation in some way, to let these guests know just how special they are to us. So, at your five-year mark, we'll name a room after you, or if there is a trail you like best, we'll name it after you.
John Folin has been coming to the Diamond L Ranch since the very first year - you might stay in the room named for him, or if you live for adventure, visit Priscilla's Plunge, named after John's not-so-adventurous wife (though she did survive the ride!).
Fern and Jim Barushok are also regulars who have a room in the bunkhouse. The Fern and Jim Room has a lovely view of the corral. Ask Gary to take you on the Fern Trail, actually named for Fern, despite the ferns that grow there.
Ben Eisheuer has spent some quality time at the ranch - he was a Wrangler one year and earned the right to name his living quarters; hence, Ben's Bunkhouse was born. For the daring, why not try out Ben's Cut-Off?
Want to make a girl cry (happy tears, of course!)? Ask long-time guest Valerie Felice Cameo which room in the house is her favorite, and she'll tell you that she prefers the corral with the horses! Yes, you guessed it - that's how the Cameo Corral got its name. And Valerie could sit in the saddle all day if we let her, so be sure to ask Gary to take you to Valerie's View.
